Welcome to Untitled Inspiration!
Sometimes the weight you need to lose, isn’t on your body.
Some nights that weight will make you feel like you’re drowning with anchors tied to your feet.
Like you’re desperate to swim forward but they’re stopping you from moving.
Keeping you in one place, stopping your growth, making sure you’re stuck there with them and soon enough they will drag you down.
Break it lose before you lose yourself into the abyss of those stagnant waters.
Weight of fear and laziness and not doing enough with your life.
Weight of pretend love, toxic relationships and living a life full of being a doormat.
Weight of needing to prove yourself and the world still telling you that you are not enough.
Weight of a dead career.
Weight of shining less because others around you are afraid they’ll look more dull.
Weight of not speaking your mind.
And weight of your mind pulling you down like quicksand, hindering you from reaching great heights
While you gasp for air.
Often you’ll be your heaviest weight,
Forcing yourself to stay in situations that are never going to end well for you.
(If you have ever felt this way, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s build a community to make everyone feel like they belong somewhere and uplift each other in this chaotic world.)
Lose it all or you’ll keep losing parts of yourself
Until the day comes when you won’t even recognise
The eyes that look back at you from the mirror.
Realise what’s dragging you down, kick it off and RUN. Freely. Finally.
Your future self will thank you for it.
